As a Childcare In-Home Provider, you will play a vital role in supporting families by delivering personalized care tailored to each child's developmental needs. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality in-home childcare for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs

  • Follow and adapt individualized care plans based on each child's developmental stage and specific requirements

  • Provide engaging activities that promote childhood development, early learning, and social-emotional growth

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children by maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment and practicing proper safety protocols such as first aid when necessary

  • Communicate regularly with families to update them on their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that arise

  • Support children with disabilities or special needs through tailored caregiving strategies and inclusive practices

  • Maintain detailed documentation of daily activities, observations, and any incidents to ensure continuity of care

Skills

  • Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including preschoolers, infants, and toddlers

  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices

  • Ability to manage classroom or caregiving environments effectively through classroom management skills

  • Certification or training in first aid and CPR to handle emergency situations confidently

  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is highly desirable

  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families and team members

  • Demonstrated caregiving abilities combined with patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
